We accept the following insurance companies: Aetna, Premera, Uniform Medical Plan, First Choice Health Network,  American Specialty Health Network, Great-West Healthcare. 

Acupuncture benefits and eligibility is specific to insurance plan and not the insurance company.  Each company has different plans which may or may not have an acupuncture benefit.  Please call your insurance company to determine if your policy includes acupuncture.  Copay amount is due at the time of service. 

Companies not contracted with Rejuvenation Acupuncture, may cover acupuncture services at a non contracted fee.  Some of these companies include:  Regence  Boeing Traditional Medical Plan, Regence Blueshield Federal Employee Program, and Mail Handlers Benefit Plan.
